Privacy notice

How LEVEL A collects, uses, protects and retains information submitted through this website.

1. Who we are

LEVEL A is an operations and maintenance company based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For website enquiries, LEVEL A acts as the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

2. Data we collect

Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential third-party information unless LEVEL A specifically requests it through an approved channel.

  • Identity and contact details, including name, business email and phone number.
  • Organization, professional field and enquiry category.
  • Information included in quotation, client, vendor and career messages.
  • Essential technical records produced by hosting and security systems, such as IP address, request time and browser information.
  • Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers included in the landing-page URL, such as UTM values, GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID.

3. Why we use it

Processing is carried out with consent, to take steps requested before entering a business relationship, to meet applicable obligations, or for legitimate operational and security interests where permitted.

  • Responding to enquiries and preparing service proposals.
  • Managing client requests and follow-up communications.
  • Assessing potential suppliers, partners and career interests.
  • Measuring campaign performance and recording lead conversions when marketing measurement is enabled and permitted.
  • Protecting the website, preventing abuse and meeting legal or regulatory obligations.

4. Cookies, consent and campaign measurement

When a valid Google Tag Manager container is configured, advertising and analytics storage is denied by default. The site communicates that default before Tag Manager loads. Tags operating in consent mode may process limited cookieless consent and security signals while storage remains denied; full analytics and advertising storage are enabled only after permission.

Your consent choice is stored in local browser storage so the site can respect it on later visits. Campaign values are kept in session storage for the current browser tab and may be attached to a form submission so LEVEL A can identify the campaign that generated the enquiry. The website does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or free-text messages to the analytics data layer.

You can reopen the privacy choices from the footer and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Essential website and security functions remain available when measurement is declined.

5. Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with authorized LEVEL A personnel, contracted hosting, email-delivery and measurement providers, professional advisers, or competent authorities when required. Some technical providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia; where this occurs, LEVEL A will apply the safeguards required by applicable Saudi law.

6. Retention and disposal

Website enquiry, vendor and career submissions are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant interaction, unless an active relationship or legal obligation requires longer retention. Session-based campaign data expires when the browser tab session ends; consent preferences remain until changed or cleared in the browser. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted, anonymized or placed beyond use in accordance with the applicable process.

7. Security

LEVEL A applies reasonable organizational and technical controls designed to protect submitted data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet transmission is completely risk-free, so users should avoid including unnecessary confidential information in free-text fields.

8. Your rights

Send a request to admin@levela-sa.com. We aim to respond within 30 days; where permitted and additional time is reasonably required, we will notify you of the extension and its reason.

  • To be informed about collection and processing.
  • To access personal data held about you.
  • To request correction, completion or updating.
  • To request destruction of data that is no longer needed, subject to lawful exceptions.
  • To withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

9. Updates and complaints

We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Questions or complaints may first be sent to LEVEL A. You may also contact the competent Saudi data protection authority through its official channels.
